Is this a one-time payment?

Yes. You just pay for as many design credits as you need. This is not a monthly subscription or any form of on-going payment.

Do my logo design credits expire?

No. Your unused credits don’t expire and we will honour them in the future. Whether you want to redesign or create a new logo in the future your credits balance will remain in your account.

Can I top up credits?

Absolutely. If you use up all of your credits you can purchase more at any time. Simply come back to this page and select the package you’d like.

Do I own the rights to the logo?

Yes. Logos designed with purchased credits belong to you. Meaning, we’ll grant you personal and commercial usage rights. Therefore you can use your logo in any way you want.

Do you offer refunds?

If there are technical issues we’ll gladly provide you with a full refund. Once logos have been downloaded a refund can’t be issued, however.

Is my payment information safe?
